Type .muchkoku that should help your money problem.
you havent said who you are, but hold defensive postions untillyou havea decent force to attack with
try increasing your tax rates and build up so you can buy lots of troops etc, then in some sort of logical step order try to invade rich provinces that are not heavily defended.
