EBII maxed out settings no lag

I'd like some opinions on what CPU, RAM, And GPU would run EBII with max settings and no lag. I have the bread to spend but I dont want to run Crysis or anything so not complete overkill. I.e. I dont want a 295 if I only need a 260 or whatever. All suggestions and help would be appreciated. So ready for EBII

if you have Alex.exe, that can help...

at least it did with me.

I also think that packing the sound files might help as well, but I did not test this.
