I must say I've had similar thoughts to his, I always thought there's a lot wrong in Germany but at least it's not as bad as Britain.

Where did the Albanian comment come from, there are Albanians in the United Kingdom?
(Yes, I am aware there would be, but everyone always blames the Polish, Middle-Eastners and Black Africans, I never seen anyone blame Albanians, or even know an Albanian.)
