EB 1.1 is never loaded on windows 7

Hello! I'm in trouble, I've installed EB 1.1 on Windows 7 on a 1.5 RTW
(I know I've installed RTW in the folder c/program files/activision/rome - total war then I copied this folder into C and delete the first one)
but when I click on the EB icon to start EB it never starts but It's always loaded the clear RTW, what is the problem? I did the validate install too but nothing...always RTW, now I'm downloading 1.2 hoping that ithis will fix the problem...but I'm not sure, any suggestion?

I would recommend to install 1.2 and see the advises in this thread(https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=123030) for issues with windows 7.

You installed EB inside the RTW folder? Maybe your shortcut is not working right, plz handle this as descripted in the frequent issues.
