    Interesting. I wonder why the background is for 1C though. Is there some sort of partnership Sega has with them in Russia? Localization perhaps?

    1C is THE publisher in Russia et al. No doubt they handle that side of the market. Localisation may be a part of it, but don't underestimate the attraction of a well developed distribution network.


    Anyway, I found myself look at that vid with an unusually high level of cynicism, even for me.

    They'd be local distributers since the 'publishing' bit is done by SEGA.

    They changed the neon green unit markers to light blue, nice.
