Can you post some system specs?

What would you need to know? Running Vista with a NVIDIA Geforce GTX 260 card.

Straight from the computer properties is, "Hewlett-Packard Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6700 @ 2.67GHz 6.00GB RAM 64-bit Operating System"

What type of monitor do you have and how is it connected?

Can you change the resolution on the windows desktop without issue?

Have you tried reinstalling or updating the graphics card drivers?

According to windows it is a "Syncmaster T220 22" Samsung Monitor". It's connected via cable to my desktop computer.

I can change resolutions in everything else including the desktop without issue.

I have tried this yes, this resolution issue has been around for a long time and I've just dealt with it but fixing it would be nice. It's totally confusing to me.

Just the one or two in SLI?

Either way, can you check your device manager for a second monitor? It seems to me that the game is picking up a phantom second monitor or TV out, etc.

Is your monitor connected to the DVI or the VGA connector?

That's an interesting thought, I'll look more into this hold on.
