Enjoy your Hepititis Meth. Either way, I'm fairly certain it's entirely possible to name forts, but how they plan to have them work as settlements is something I'm still eagerly awaiting to learn.
All men will one day die, but not every man will truely live.
Could someone translate the German discussion? I want to know what they did to give those forts a name... It's been a while since I looked in the mod workshop forum so this could be old news, but I'm interested. I know some basic German but I see that ETW is mentioned as well, and some guys that are certain that you can go over the settlement limit.
EDIT: Tried Google Translator, no succes :P

Burns: I still have a hard time figuring out what the heck his name is or means...
Apoc: Yes, I have wondered that, as well. A Google search brought up:
Wimpy Tjeh: The great Belgian warrior, most famous for dropping his pants at the Battle of Someplaceinbelgumandnotinthenetherlands, and shouting to the Roman archers: 'Here's a target for jeh!' Also known as Wimpy of the Sore Ass.
That forum has mostly announcements and no tech-talk, so I don't think you will find much info about the forts there.
They talk a bit about the permanent forts in this preview:

They don't think they can go over the province limit, they just added 2-3 forts per province, but don't really explain how they did it. They say they learned how to name the forts from an italian mod named Machiavelli 5.0, which seems to be rather unknown in english-speaking fora, and then developed a method that was easier for coding / implementing the forts.
