sry back on topic, well i find easy to reach that conclusions, if those are based on perception, but allthough other mods, could have a diferent disposition of setlements, meaning more setlemnets in one area, EB have a bigger área with setlements more spread out.
But I think this is amatter of perspective and game conceipt. The number is hardcoded, so it cant be changed, only the distribution of this number. there is a diference.
