It worked mostly because I was able to hide easily, and my opponents had a very tough time seeing me before my dagger was in their back. Here is is a whole new game. , not the least of which because of the change in scenery. Here in a huge city stealth loses some of its appeal, and the fact that the real opponents we have, the zombies, can not be fooled by simply hiding.
Indeed it is possible to hide from the zombies, and the scenery is really for storyline purposes mostly. There are far more places to hide in a city than in the jungle, methinks... the city is the ultimate jungle, made of concrete and steel.

    *plays Welcome to the jungle

Guns also add a new dimension of the game, making my old style horribly outdated.
You'll find that guns work in almost the same way as the previous weapons. The only real difference is that with melee weapons there's added combat bonuses based on your stats, and there are sniper weapons.

And lets not forget this is a much more cooperative game, no going lone wolf this time. also, win is not based on killing everyone else, Which changes dynamics a lot.
Any townsperson or serial killer has the option of going for a lone wolf victory by being the last one standing. After the town "wins" the game (if they win) then the remaining townies may want to think about going insane and killing off their former allies and attempting to be the last one standing.

Or beforehand, whichever works for you...

However that is not to say I plan on dying off early. I am willing to adapt to the new setting, and we will see how things go down.

In all, I love these games, and I really respect the hosts who take their time to bring us all such great games One day when I get better at hosting I may make one myself. But There is just so much that would need to be done, it boggles the mind.
    Indeed.

Copycats (of which I am one of them) don't try this game at home. Please host a game half this size and complexity and see if you can handle that first, unless you feel like having your back broken in half....

-Offline for a moment, when I come back, missing cards and final writeup of this phase.
