If you're in a large group and waiting for your teammates to respond, you can always put in orders, and send in a message to your group-mates telling them what you're doing and why and if you want to coordinate a strategy with them and what that might be.

They can read it when they send in orders and coordinate with you, or not.

4 days should be plenty of time, no? If you don't come up with a plan by then, keep in mind we're talking about 15 minutes of game-time, so... "he who hesitates is lost", ya?
