Night 2 summery


Perhaps it wasn't quite what he expected....
Being a future robot cat, he expected to be waken up by a large bang bang on the door, and a crying voice of a stupid boy calling his name. "Doraemon! Help me!!" But instead, Bang bang was the same.. Except it was pistols, and what greeted sleepy Robot Cat Stildawn was dozen of men with scratch wound on their face... Yakuzas.

"Good morning Doraemon... Or should I say... Alien?"
"Good.... evening Yakuzas. What can I do for you?" replied Stildawn, calmly reaching out for his hidden baseball bat as he was expecting to be assaulted eventually. When he took a big swing at the closest Yakuza, he saw swords coming at his direction, deflecting his deadly swing.

"I am Otonanoji Jou. Second man of the boss of Yamaguchi Clan.... Attention Alien. You are completely surrounded. Throw away your weapons and you will not be harmed. Why have you grown this way alien? Your mother back home is crying for you alien. Shes saying that 'I don't remember raising you this way'. Tell him please mother."

Yakuza in a alien costume came out and started preaching him.

"I don't.... know you anymore! I am soo going to abandon you!" said the 'mother' alien Yakuza to Stildawn who was completely astonished by everything which is happening in front of him.

Thus he was slow to react when Jou took a swing at his leg with Wakizashi. Stildawns legs were chopped off completely. He rolled on the floor, screaming in pain.



"Now your arms." said Jou, stabbing his wakizashi at the alien, ripping the beasts arm off.

"Please... I'm a good alien! Don't kill me!" begged Stildawn.

"No doubt Doraemon... But I believe that only good aliens are the dead ones. Farewell."

With a cold smile, Jou took a jab at his eyes, and pushed the blade until it came out on the other side of aliens head. Jou then pulled out his blade and wiped the blood off the corpses body. After a quick thought, he decided to sink the body in the river again.

Lieutenant Iba had enough. He almost failed his duty on the previous night, if that granny wasn't a good citizen of Hiroshima. So this night, he was totally ready to be a brute and true Yakuza like he is supposed to be. His plan was to get the alien on the ground, and tear him by bits by bits.. In front of peoples so they know exactly who citizens of Hiroshima is dealing with.. Hostiles much worse then Yakuzas.... Aliens.

But when he got close to the victim, he sighed and regretted deeply.
"Stupid me... I should've asked Jou to take care of this guy... Stupid... Stupid.."
No doubt he was.. In front of him was a pet shop. Then a lady, and her white dog..

"Otousan ken.." he whispered. The White dog was the Otousan Ken who was recently made popular by an TV advert. Now, White Dog was supposed to be the alien, Beskar, but he kept preying that it is the lady who is the alien.

"Stuff it!! Shakkahou!!" The red fireball got the lady directly on the face. While everyone in the pet shop was completely terrified by the sudden appearance of the Yakuza, Iba made a ran for the terrified doggy and tackled him on the ground.

Many things happened in the next 5 second. First Iba noticed that the crowd shouting "animal cruelty!" and "Yakuza! Leave the doggy alone!" Then he noticed the dog his holding.. So.. similar to the captain..... So cute... Then a large bang on his head. It was the lady who got hit by Shakkahou, holding a metal pipe.

"Hey Yakuza! What do you think your doing to my dog? Huh?"
"but... but... His an... alien..."
"Alien? Stop being stupid you dumb Yakuza! Get your hand off my dog now!"
The lady pulled off a German Suplex which almost knocked Lieutenant Iba unconscious. but when he realised the Doggy was getting away, he finally pulled him self together.
"Out of my way women! Or I'll cut you out in little pieces!" he shouted, pulling his sword out. When he saw everyone got out of the way, he ran out of the store... and Shunpo'd his way to the doggy.

The lady heard the dog bark, somewhere far away. Then the barking sound got higher then higher, as if his throat was cut open. Next morning the lady and the local police searched the area.. They saw nothing... except a green paint like thing on some concrete road.

For foreigners, this ad could get in all sort of trouble. Firstly humans being born from a dog… Black men used as a comical relief and so on… But Japanese thinks it’s hilarious.

You have chosen wisely. Otosan Ken is now one of the most popular mascots in Japan.
You’ll have no problem roaming around the city of Hiroshima.. Who doesn’t like dog? Beside my mum… Queen Beefy surely loves them. Your job is to search the city and crunch those Yakuzas if you have the chance.

Just so you know, no Mafia would have night killed me as I was a sure lynch target, except for atheotes, as he might have thought I would have voted for him again.

His end of round actions set off Scum-dar 5 games away. He never posted at all, untill it was to save himself, then he made a big show of "innocence" plus other actions.

I only originally voted for him to provoke a reaction and well, it worked.

Splitpersonality was the one who hooked onto the bait I laid out the most. He acted like he was "on my side" for instance end of last round, he pm'd to say that I should save myself. He also wouldn't make a move on atheotes after prompting and there are other tell-tale signs such as link

I was the sure lynch target, they would have got me lynchyed, killing other townies, then they would have kept you alive, this way, they got next two lynches lined up.

Bah, sorry for double post and inability to make up my confused mind.

Just recalled when Atheotes had his life on the line, and he delayed saving himself, he wouldn't as mafia have let himself be on the brink of death, especially when so many people would have trigger happily voted him.

remember back to when atheotes was on the block and it was tied. He could have saved himself and he didn't. Death is yonder I was thinking about, but he just saved my butt when he didn't have to. As mafia he's probably got things wrapped up, if you look at where the vote tally was.

On my analysis, I have the suspects down to Split and AVSM. Possibly Thermal Mercury, but I haven't played with him in so long I can't get a good reading on him.

But in the final analysis, I just have to go with my rule. No lurker victories. 2 posts all game? DIE.

That's why I fear you as mafia so much. You leave no tells whatsoever because you don't post much anyway, and when you do, it's so short. I can't say I'm enthusiastic about that in the townie sense, but from a mafia standpoint, it's bulletproof.

I like the way you start your post by basically saying 'I'm a townie' Which usually means 'I'm not a townie'

Now then...lets look to your rule book, maybe you don't 'officially' qualify as a bandwagonner but you followed the persons vote in front of you mindlessly, that is bandwagonning behavior at the very least. Whether your little rule book says second or third to vote for someone makes it a bandwagon or not, your doing everything a bandwagoner would do, so stop playing fairly pointless games with what is and isn't a mafia game rule.

You vote for the same person the first person voted for about an hour after they vote. Which is piling the pressure, most townies spread there votes out, but by mounting his votes up you seriously increased athelotes chance of being lynched on no other logic than 'hes always mafia'. Using data from other games is poor logic and can result in a player losing interest in this game, if that is the only basis you vote for someone. Your vote was based on personal experience and our own silly grudges when it should have been a fresh slate!

I haven't been over protective of atheotes, you have been over-offensive to him, which is why I am defending him at all. This scummy mc sscummy comment is laughable, seeing as you have nothing on me other than defending a player that your harassing, you have nothing on me and no true reasons to believe I'm scummy, which is surely still an attempt on your part to detract attention from yourself. Maybe were both townies? either way going around saying whos who, when you blatantly have no clue, is ignorant in itself.

@Split: Townies aren't supposed to be afraid to die, Beskar didn't even bother to comment or say why he was voting centurion, but seemed more in a rush to vote for someone else before he got a majority vote himself. Perhaps, in his situation I may have protected myself over others if I know I'm innocent, but he didn't even seem bothered and was quick to place all the blame onto me & Athelotes, even though it was he that killed the townie, quite bluntly.

There isn't much else to say and whilst there isn't much evidence to go on in this game, I certainly don't see why I'm such a big suspect in comparison to Beskar, given that mostly everyone said they were going to vote for him this round anyway after his actions the day before. Furthermore, why beskar & me anyway? Why apply pressure just to us? No one is ruled out yet & so I fail why anyone else should feel there in a safer position just because they lurk most of the time.

As you can see I am putting effort into this game, if you wish to vote me out then fine, but I can't of tried harder to convince you of my actions. Furthermore whether you vote me out someone else or Athelotes it doesn't bother me an awful lot, go ahead and lynch atholates or me if you want to, that is no bluff because I am not his mafia partner and if you want to lynch we to prove that, then I am willing to die for you. Though I doubt Beskar is.

When I come on tomorrow I'll see how you respond, if it is still roughfully a draw, I will vote for myself as I will have failed to convince you who is the best lynch candidate

However, I find atheotes too scummy all the time to unvote him. He wouldn't kill Beskar on night 1 because that would give him away. Why else kill Beskar, who most of the town would happily lynch as well? It's atheotes.

It may have been overblown, but under blown rarely gets noticed, and I did state in that post that I thought Beskar was probably townie, even though he was acting scummy....
