Sultan Mahmud Shah Father: Sultan Alauddin Riayah Shah (born: 1456, died, 1488)
Sultan Mahmud Shah Mother: Tun Senaja Binti Tun Ali

Well, Sultan Mahmud Shah had an older half brother, Sultan Menawar Shah, from the marriage of Sultan Alauddin + a royal princess (unknown). He became Raja in Kampar. Died at 1512, age: unknown. Succeed by his son, Sultan Abdullah Shah (Nephew of Sultan Mahmud Shah, cousin of Raja Ahmad Shah, maybe same age).

BTW, Sultan Mahmud Shah also have cousins from his uncles, Sultan Muhammad Shah and Sultan Ahmad Shah (1st and 2nd Raja of Pahang). If we are going to include them, then we have to expand the family tree up to grandfather!!!
