    If a zune 120 can play mp4, i would suggest that.

    I don't do too much converting, sorry I can't help.

    Try .MOV as well, Pazera has that as an option. Zune should play .MOV

    That's what is not working...
    I convert it to mp4 and it works on the zune software...
    But when I sync it to the zune..
    it does not work
