if it is a non-mafia game there is no limit or restriction
if it is mafia...you are only allowed to host a mini game (upto 7 players)
for higher numbers it falls into the small game category for which there is 2 at a time limit and a wait time on the hosting queue. hope that helps. It might still be best to PM a moderator
