Trolling is inevitable really. It's what you do when the topic is being taken too seriously/debated to passionately. If you look closely, the mods troll fairly frequently (not when in their home forums of course).

Especially those mods who troll in a post right before locking a particular thread. That just pisses me off. If you're going to lecture me about rules, look to yourself first.

it's sad truly. I have/had great respect for many of the members who are now acting like....well it rhymes with "picks" and "kicks". I can only hope that everyone starts acting a little more mature, so that I, a 14 year old, don't have to be ashamed of once looking up to them.

Um, that's a very personal and possibly unique definitions of "troll." Most of us refer to a type of behavior that finds positive reinforcement from upsetting other people as a "troll." To a true troll, angry responses are like candy.

That's called "laying down the law", not trolling. It's a means of enforcing dicipline, like when you were at school and the teacher gave you a lecture before your detention.
