Too young?

Okay, so...here it is.

There is this girl that I know somewhat well on the military base here, and my buddy has known her for a long time. I'm confident that she'll say yes, because she usually acts in that kinda funny way around me (hard to explain, but you understand right?). However, I'm not sure if she's too young.

See, I'm 14, turning 15 in April. She turned 13 in like September. I held myself back before, because I didn't want to be the 14 year old dating a 12 year old, but if I wait much longer we'll be 2 years apart, and it just won't happen.


So, she's one of the cheerleaders for my Basketball team. Which means I'll see her on Saturday. So, do you guys think she's a little young for me? I'm honestly completely unsure, but I'm thinking this might be one of the last chances I get.
