    Default is there a new patch out, because steam is updating ETW furiously?

    steam how now spent the last ten minutes updating ETW at 30k/sec, and it is only 25% complete.

    is this a surprise patch?

    There are no more patches coming out.
    ETW is perfect in the state it is in now.
    We have always been at war with Eastasia.
