    Default Sab'yn and Client Rulers

I started a campaign as Sab'yn and after conquering Tamane I built a type 4 government there. However, this did not give me any ability to recruit a general, so I started an Arverni campaign just to see if they got generals from their type 4s, or if this was just a problem for the Sab'yn, and they did. Surely this is a mistake, yes?

Sounds like a mistake, yes. I imagine that it's only for that settlement. Can you verify if you can recruit generals in other settlements as Saba?

Edit: Seems that was forgotten, yes. I don't know which general type is the most proper, so I'll update the fix as soon as the historians get back to me. Please let me know if there are more settlements lacking them.

Alright, after checking it out more throughly, here's a list of settlements without any recruitable generals for Saba (and I'd suspect any other faction as well):

    Maryab
    Tamane
    Sabata
    Carna
    Ubar
    Bostra
    Petra
    Homna
    Gerrha

You can get Greek generals when you come to Hierosolyma, Palmyra (which also allows for eastern generals), Alexandreia or Charax.

Glad I can help. I've now found that you can't get any in Meroe or Axum either. I haven't had time to check any further up there (save Alexandria) though. (If no other word is given I'll check it out tomorrow.)

The problem here is that we never decided on any general unit that would fit in those provinces, so there was no client rulers available there before either. If the historians can come to a conclusion I'll make a fix for it.
