Question: When I vote, do I have to assign all 5 points somewhere or can I assign 1 point now and four later? Also do we have to use all 5 points? Can we use less if we want to?

Good questions

1: Yes you can assign one point now, however all 5 points should be assigned by the end of the round.
2: I'd prefer all 5 were used, but If you were to use 2 I guess there's not much I could do about it... Assigning all 5 is what I want all players to do, really.
