Default So what did Santa bring ya???

    My haul:

A new Craftsman snowblower. Hopefully now that I don't have to break my back shoveling it'll never snow again.

A heavy wool shirt in my favorite dark red color.

A talking pedometer & calorie counter. *Probably says, " Put down the food and run faster, lard butt."

A 750ml bottle of Martell Cordon Bleu Cognac.

Bottle of subpar champagne, a decent winter vest.

Well part of my early present was xbox 360 elite, which was between me & my dad (but I never go on it ) Otherwise its smellies, dressing gown, chocolate and underwear.

Oh money too, £70 ($100?) but I spent some of that on presents for my parents so =/

We haven't done gifts for grown-ups in our extended family for some years now. But the kids, well, the kids got a haul.

A new captain's seat for my command center, plus a dressy winter coat. Oh, and Season 5 of Lost as well as Inglourious Basterds.

Cool store, bro! I want some ham.
    No ham, pepsi.
They make deli slices of frozen pepsi now? Awesome!
You also need to purchase a small freezer for storage of your pepsi.
It runs on batteries. You'll need a few.
Uhh, I guess I won't have pepsi then. Do you have change for a twenty?

A 23" ASUS 1920x1080 LCD monitor. Oh man, it seems huge (compared to my last one at least).

Got some history and Terry Pratchett books, and some boxing gloves.

My Dad, for the first time in my life, finally got a TV that's younger than me (until a day ago we had a quarter century old TV). A fancy, big LCD Panasonic screen.

Doctor Who Series 1-4 box set, some books (including Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters and Queen Victoria: Demon Hunter), a few DVDs and a new Digital Camera that is good but cheap enough for me to take into moshes at concerts without fearing for it.

    Same.

Lots of socks (), chocolate, God Bless You Mrs. Rosewater, Chronicles of Clovis, wallet+money, 2 t-shirts, beer, a mattress to replace my 20 y.o. one, a football jersey and a donation to an African charity.

That's a good aspect of having separated parents. Twice the present haul.

There, but for the grace of God, goes John Bradford

My aim, then, was to whip the rebels, to humble their pride, to follow them to their inmost recesses, and make them fear and dread us. Fear is the beginning of wisdom.

I am tired and sick of war. Its glory is all moonshine. It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, for vengeance, for desolation.

A denim jacket... and that's it. (It is a sweet jacket, though.)

Oh, yeah, and a tweed jacket for my soon-to-come job interviews. But I don't actually have it yet, so it's kind of a post-Christmas present.
