    Default I'm new

    I have two questions right now. To run etw do i need to have steam downloaded on my computer? Two what does this mean,
    Error 1935.An error occured during the installation of assembly
    'Microsoft.VC80.ATL.type="win32".version="8.0.50727.762.publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b".processorA rchitecture="x86"'.
    Also how do I fix this?
