After he buys the game, offer to shout him a coffee at a local (in mall) cafe.... When sitting down talking... Explain in full in as sane a way as possible your predictament... Saying that you have no idea who you are etc... And that the Police dont know either.... Wait for his reaction... Be as unthreatening and nice and kind as possible.

I see that there already is a posted order waiting for him to buy the game.... Just do this one next as it leads on after that
