Actually, the one in the center wearing armor is Dionysus (he has a connection with Baktria) with the nymphs of his retinue (forgot their exact name) and it doesn't show fellatio, although it does show a penis, thus the shield IS censored in the modesty patch, there is a cloth through the whole shield.
I will do a search for the hellenic general preview thread, where is larger image of the shield.

The shield shows Dionysos, the god of the arts and altered-consciousness. Here he is flanked by his followers the Maenads after they had ripped Pentheus to pieces in the woods - his head rests under Dionysos' foot. It is said that in early times Dionysos had conquered Baktria and brought the art of wine to the region; hence the importance of Dionysos to the Hellenics in Baktria.

Have a read up on Dionysos, androgenous is exactly what he was supposed to be.

The Baktrians are by far the most sex-obsessed of the Greeks Most of my Baktrian FM's end up having a Hetaira Hyperkali and/or fornicator/fertility traits ... sex and violence !!!
