This part in particular I don't believe. Unless Shao Khan has some immunity to being sent into the arena by the Mark, he'd be dead in just a few battles. He may be stronger than any one of us alone, but I doubt even he could take out three people in a row.

Midnight 1

Shao Kahn wondered what to do about the Mark situation, he was very glad that one had died but there remained some more. The worse news was that the mark was working under an earth god. How could the Outworld gods let that happen? Kahn watched as Jax and Johnny Cage were greeted by the officials who were ready to take them into isolation. Lead by an official Jax started to make his way to isolation when Johnny Cage called out from behind him “Don’t bother preparing for the fight, I will wipe the floor with you.” Jax turned around to retort but when he did Johnny cage wasn’t were he expected him to be. He looked down just in time to see Cage punch him in the happy sacks. Jax keeled over instantly and the officials rushed into to stop anything from escalating too soon.

Khan chuckled to himself but then his thoughts went back to the outworld gods. One of them must be responsible it would be just a matter of finding out which one.

Another morning another fight. This time the arena selected was called ‘The Pit’. Chanting started to come out of the crowd. “Jax, Jax, Jax”they cried. Most people were not overly enthused by the seris of low blows performed by Johnny Cage. Both Fighters assemble and were ready to begin. Shao Kahn Stood up and declared “Fight” Johnny Cage instantly flew through the air and kicked out with his left leg catching Jax in the chest.

Jax leapt to his feet but Cage ducked split style and went for the crown jewels once again. The crowd grimaced and subconsciously put their hands over their manhood. With Jax semi paralysed, Cage hit him with a powerful Uppercut.

Cage tried to follow up the Uppercut but Jax slammed the ground with such force that Johnny almost lost his balance.

This gave Jax enough time to grab Cage. “Gotcha” he cried and he pummelled Cage in the face five times.

Cage was not out though, he hit back with his famous Shadow Kick.

He then followed up with a jump kick but Jax saw it coming and grabbed Cage while he was in the air and pulled him down into a back breaker.

Cage could hardly move after that, Shao Kahn Called out “Finish Him!” and Jax hit Cage with an Uppercut.

The Blow knocked Cage right off the pit ledge. He screamed as he fell and he landed with a sickening thud.

Jax Wins !!! And receives his share of the battle spoils, 268 Mana. Johnny Cages teammates receives 134 Mana each.
