Default Family history question American Army WW1

I hope the Mods do not mind me asking this question in the monastery but it does have an historical bent to it.

Basically a relation of mine was in the army in America WW1 but none of us has a clue what all this stuff means under his name.

Ind: Boston, Mass., Div. 9, Dec. 10/17. Private. Org: 16 Co 4 Tng Bn 151 Dep Brig to Feb. 4/18; Co C 61 Inf to disch. Eng: Vosges Mts; St Mihiel; Argonne Meuse; La Chapelle; St Stei. Wounded in action severely: Nov. 3/18. Overseas: Apr. 16/18 to Mar. 13/19. Hon disch on SCD: Feb. 25, 1920.

I think it says he was injured just before it ended and fairly badly too it seems.

Anyway I got asked what this meant and I couldnt make head nor tail of it to be honest any help would be appreciated in deciphering this.
