I'm Amun! (as you can see by the name :p) I've already posted a few topics. I'm a big fan of Total War Games and I <33333 the Europa Barbarorum mod which is one of the best I've ever played (I am biased as I have a great love of Roman History), but I look forward to EB II. Anywho, I've played MTW, RTW and MTWII. I am an archaeology major and a student of history with a focus on ancient. :) I have beta-tested for Tilted Mill Entertainment (Pharaoh, Zeus, Children of the Nile). Hope I can help contribute a bit if it's needed.

Also, I would like to apologise to those who have already talked with me if I seemed like a pedant and jerk. :)

My only complaint about this place is that I can't edit my posts, which is fail, especially if I spell something wrong or need to reply to something I didn't see before. :/

Some of the EB fans are die hard Roman hatred (Well.. Greek Lover). That might have something to do with it, if you did offend them.

As for the edit function, you should be able to get it soon as you get promoted to full member

Hello, glad to see a member who could just be sticking around, the more the merrier.

Also once your a full member you will be able to edit your posts, as beefy says, you will be promoted if you contribute and generally be pleasant and before you know it...boom full membership.

Well I love both Greek and Roman History, and I am fascinated by the Romans because I like to look at every aspect of their culture. I also want to see if I can solidify what it really was that sent them packing. Also it is fun to conquer the hell out of everything! :D I have been meaning to play as the Greek Poleis for a while. Though I like the idea of a vast Roman Empire, I am a big fan of the idea of Hellenisation. I've been wondering what that alliance is and of course I am far too good to do what I preach and simply look it up in my Greek History book. XD

I was pretty certain from my posts and the smiley system which I'm not used to that I did come off as somewhat rude. :p

I'm currently playing the Romani campaign for the first time my self. And by playing I mean, playing beyond 240 bc and I'm enjoying my self.

KH(Greek Polis) is one of the best faction for me too and I definitely recommend it

I think RTW minus EB just isn't right tbh. At least not in terms of depth.

oooooh, same here. I have currently obliterated the Lusatanni, Aedui (who wiped out the Arverni) and Qart-Hadast. Currently inflicting Epic pwnage upon Epirus and the Ptolemies! :D

I have been thinking about playing as the Poleis, might be fun! :D Of course Macedon looks p attractive atm, and even if the line of Alexander died with the Alexandros IV I can still at least make a bigger empire using the Antigonids!

How can you not like EB mate? It's awesome! =D

Well I can be a bit gruff in hammering some of my points home. :p Guess you noticed the name is Ancient Egyptian right? And if you have a q about the gender, no I am a guy, but I know that Nefer is feminine :p
