Hi all - I'll get straight to the point.
In every campaign i played, the AI factions behaved in a Similar way:
The Maks get thrown out of Makedonia and starting from Lesbos, they expand east, eat Pontos and star a new Asia-Minor Based Antigonid monarchy (however when I played the Hellenes i made sure to get rid of them completely before they even attacked Pontos).
The Romans never conquer more than Sicily in the south and always move north, but unsuccesfully andeventually they end up stranded in Italy with awar against Aedui and Kart Hadast.
The Aedui eat the Arvernii.
The Ptolemies always destroy the AS (hand to hand with Parthia) and becom number one superpower (until they meet me playing as Baktria, Koinon Hellenon or Romani, that is. I didn't reach them as Lusotannan as yet.)
The Lusotannan remove the Poeni from Iberia.
Saka Rauka destroys Baktria no later than 210 BC.
The Hai expand to the steppes and slowly eat up the Sauromate together with the Getai.
The Sweboz expand to the south and west, caught up in a Stalemate against Aedui (if i play Rome or Lusotannan, the Aedui lose, for obvious reasons).
Q1: How does the AI behave in your campaigns?
Q2: Is there any way to strengthen the Romans, and to make them expand historically? Fighting against them would be quite a challenge.
