Speaking of scotish voices, why do the carthagenian ships have them? Aye great lord? That makes no sense at all.

They are the basic "carthaginian" voices from R:TW, as there isn't a voicemod available yet for naval units. However, "aye" is not necessarily Scottish. Also, the way they pronounce "r" is clearly not Scottish.
