There are no basic codes (Left, left, right, right etc.), and no console to enter commands in. IW has limited your choices to whatever they have on the options menu. Anything else is considered "hacking", but it doesn't quite stop being people from doing it successfully. You also can't get kicked from a server, only after IW bans you, so I suppose your could just have 3 hours of non-stop BAHAHAHAHA! troll-action.
But if it's SP, they won't really know.

VAC just detects it running, Singleplayer or not and either stops it or bans you for it.
