I remember one year at school, there were several students from Germany in the dormitory next to me. Nice chaps the lot of them, and they played football very well, but they never got used to the food that was served in the mess.

    hmmmm

This didn't turn into the ego stroking I expected it to be.

Oh and FTR, Indian "curry" is just chili. Davy Crockett brought it to the sub continent in 1187.
There, but for the grace of God, goes John Bradford

I am tired and sick of war. Its glory is all moonshine. It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, for vengeance, for desolation.

I actually befriended an Indian guy in Hungary who ran an Indian restaurant there. I really liked the food too. From what I had heard of it, I thought I would hate it, but honestly it surprised me as being among the best I had.
