You wait until a person walks by. Its only a few minutes.

Its a middle aged woman. She seems only slightly irritated to be stopped.

"Hello ma'am, I wonder if you could tell me where I am. I can't seem to remember"

She looks at you funny, blank look on her face.

She says something to you, but you can't understand her.

She sees your lack of comprehension, and mimes towards you, her mouth, her ear then a thumbs down.

She shrugs, with a sorry look on her face, gives you a wave, and keeps walking up the street.

Cross the road to the TV building when it's safe and see if they are open.

You can't read the signs, but you manage to discern this:

Theres no sign of movement inside.
