While updating the list to show the taken ones, I noticed that Tinc was taken by Shylence. Because my (small but no less annoying) altruistic side is peaking out for its moment of sunlight, I will let him have the guy. Shame, but so be it.

I'm thinking Iccios or Dejotaros if CDf still wants Aneirin.

well shylence - I'm new to it too. Don't mind. I guess if have a little knowledge to the celtic factions, everything will be good. If TCV can play those insanitys - I for myself can play mismanaging

other question: as current govenor of the viennos province - I think I'm more related to the Tribe there than to my fathers? Or somewhere between those relations? We will see... defenitly looking forward to this.

Nah, on popular request I've taken Aneirin instead. Oh, and listen to Hotseat: don't worry about being new. In fact, your wish to be of a lower rank is good, and more than welcome, since it would be a little pointless if everyone was at the highest level. This was a bigger problem in BtSH than WoTB, though, as I recall.

But never mind that. I'll stop yapping and just update the list.

How would people feel about me doing an AAR of my character in the game for the main EB section? It would be a good way to promote the game and keep it in the spotlight without spamming the EB forum. I would still keep active here, only battle writeups would be expanded upon with extra screenshots, and anything involving other players characters would simply be copy-pasted (with the relevant players permission of course).

Are we roleplaying our characters how we want, or are we sticking to the traits they have? Just to clear this up straight away...

I plan to roleplay my traits, if other people want to ignore traits that's up to them in my view, won't affect the game for me.

I've always played it as sticking mainly to the traits, but how we interprate them. For instance, 'Loyal' may not always be specifically to the king, etc...

Indeed, many traits are a matter of interpretation and that interpretation is up to the player. For instance a loyal character may not have sworn allegiance to the King, and would not see rebellion as a disloyal act.

Of course, being loyal doesn't mean that you're loyal no matter what, either. Even I can resort to some less-than-loyal actions, if pushed enough. It's all a matter of degree; some are more easily drawn to disloyal acts, while others require a little more motivation first. That's how I view the loyal/disloyal trait: an indication of which side the guy's leaning towards, but by no means an untouchable constant.

Hotseat User has asked if he can post in my AAR and I have no problem with it, does anybody else want to take part? I could ask a mod to change the name. I considered asking if anybody wanted to do it with me before posting my intro but thought it would just be a rehash of the main forum if we did. My plan was just a small scale affair to give people a small taste of what EB PBMs are about, with links to the main thread to read the real thing.

uhhm has anybody an idea why Belenos has the oiLugos name of the Averni-Verrix-family and is of 'Osi' orgin? Is he adopted? or should i ask a Averni-team-member? just to get some story behind him for the start.

and fouthermore... he is govenor of Viennos at gamestart - can I count that as given office by the tribes of that region? I think that's a point we have to discuss.

*edit* hehe just checked the list. only the char of Shylence is from the Allobrogne/Caturige tribes ... and as my guy is current Vollorix of these tribes - unknown for what matter - he has a good chance of holding this position. NICE. anyway back to topic. when will we start?
