Changing Usernames

I don't like my username anymore and I have noticed that some members have changed their usernames in the past, but I can't find a setting that will let me change my username. So how do it? I vaguely recall reading a thread once that said you have to PM an admin and they can make the change for you, but that could be my imagination. I tried doing a search and I didn't come up with anything.

Apologies for necroing this thread, but after putting it off for a really long time I finally sent Tosa a PM requesting the name change. It has been about a week and I have not heard back from him or had my user name changed. So I was wondering if I did something wrong or if there has been a change in policy regarding name changes.

EDIT: I hope I don't sound impatient as I understand Tosa may have just been too busy, but I didn't know how long the process would take and I'm worried I might have done it wrong or something.

You've not done it wrong, but Tosa lives in another time dimension to us. What we do in a normal days work, Tosa accomplishes in 20 minutes. But he has to do so much, he works 25 hours of every day.
