Default roman fleet: how unite them?

    hi all.
i have a problem with the roman fleet:
when i try to unite two boats (same type or different) they don't accept it.
so i have plenty of small veteran fleets (reducing and reducing in numbers).
    how to unite them?

You can't. If I remember well it has something to do with the fact that the Romani admirals have 3 names...

You can't unite two fleets with experienced admirals. You can shift ships back and forth, but the game won't let you dissolve experienced admirals via mergers. If you want to get rid of a useless admiral, shift the vast majority of your fleet to the better/younger admiral and send the weak admiral's last remaining ship to a port for disbandment.

    Solution:

1º) Get a fleet into a port, and the other fleet nearby.
2º) Build a "Navis Oneraria" on the same port, so that the oneraria appears attached to the existing fleet.
3º) After you do that, you should have a fleet with a navis oneraria and your old, experienced ship. Select the experienced ship, and move it to the other desired fleet that was standing nearby.

Repeat until you have merged all your fleets.

    Cheers!

Wait, isnt it possible to merge such fleets in ports? Or is that only possible in Vanila?
