If you play a minor faction are they all handicapped like novograd. I'm currently in the year 1206 have all the requisite buildings and can't produce feudal or chivilric units. Is it an orthodox faction thing its my first time playing as one. Either way its going to be a rough ride against the horde when they show up Oh ya forgot no extra titles available either can this be modded.
I have not had time to look into the units yet,
to check wether they are available to Novgorad faction.
