ive downloaded and ran the installshield wizard that installs the patches.when i install the patch it says its fine but when i actually open the options on the game it still says 1.0?idkwtf to do to get this to work.

Hi Ben, are you asking about a mod or just about patching the game? If the latter you'd be better off asking in the Apothecary or the RTW single player section.
