Crashing when finishing turn

I found a revolting settlement, it's Vellika of the Carthaginians, i'll try to make it mine
i'll keep you posted

Edit: after i end the turn, they go with PO with 105%, then, i end that turn and they go to 65% with revolts, is this the problem? they just have 721 settlers and it's a small town with no fence or anything

Edit: I believe it was Vellika, because when it stopped rioting, the bug ended, but i would like someone to confirm that, or else i'll have more and more bugs later
