And I simply cannot believe the amount of snow in my backyard.

    More as the situation develops.

Here in southeastern Pennsylvania it has been snowing non-stop since dawn yesterday, yet we don't have much accumulation. The schools closed yesterday as a precaution, but the temps were above freezing and the snow did not stick to the ground until early evening, so the kids (my son included) could have had school yesterday. Today with the high winds, the roads are still snow covered and no school again. That makes five days to tack on to the end of the school year thanks to this unusually snow filled winter. I predict much grumbling by the students come mid-June.

Cool store, bro! I want some ham.
    No ham, pepsi.
They make deli slices of frozen pepsi now? Awesome!
You also need to purchase a small freezer for storage of your pepsi.
It runs on batteries. You'll need a few.
Uhh, I guess I won't have pepsi then. Do you have change for a twenty?

High negative value for the north atlantic ocillation this vinter. Been a while since the last time.

Does any of the old ones from the current snowstruck areas remember if the winters in the sixties were simular to this one?
We are all aware that the senses can be deceived, the eyes fooled. But how can we be sure our senses are not being deceived at any particular time, or even all the time? Might I just be a brain in a tank somewhere, tricked all my life into believing in the events of this world by some insane computer? And does my life gain or lose meaning based on my reaction to such solipsism?

Snow's up to my knees now. Still a bit dry...I think the temperature's going up though, let's wait a couple of hours for the thaw.
