Im toying with the idea of modding M2 and had a quick question.

I wanted to make a region-specific unit, ie- a unit that can be built by pretty much anyone as long as they own x province. I trust this is possible? as I was reading some modding guides and it implied that some tricky colour modding had to be done if you are adding a new unit to a faction.
