Sweet Tea

I like it bitter. No sugar, no honey but with a lemon (whenever possible). It does not matter whether it is cold or hot.

The Frenchman's got it. Tea is to be hot, not iced into some kind of attempt at a bad soft drink. Just a teeny splash o' milk, nothing else. Preferably white tea, but most are good.

I'm not a fan of sugar in iced tea. I went to college and law school in the South and I could never order iced tea because "unsweetened" tea had about 6 lbs of sugar and "sweet" tea was basically a glass of sugar with a few drops of tea in it. I like the Ito En green teas. No sugar!
