Seen it before and he raises good but obvious points. It's sad really that so many are ignorant of what food is good and bad. I rarely eat crisps, chocolate and all that other bad stuff because I know what's in it, the answer being complete and utter c***. The problem is evident in the UK, even worse in the US. Since the 1950's the average American has been consuming some 3000 calories a day, that was in the 1950's. Bigger portions with even worse standards of food has created a catastrophic health problem.
