He was not destroyed in the Great Jedi purge, where Palpatine tried to eliminate all the force-sensitives. Anyone with force sensitivity would be a threat to Palpatine, much as Luke and Leia were.
He was not ever discovered or trained by the Jedi, who usually notice such things.
He never demonstrated any force abilities whatsoever.
He was never either a Jedi or a Sith.
If he was ever able to become a Jedi, Palpatine would have eliminated him.

When did Mas Amedda get his force powers? From the holocron? If so, which night of the game? Did he begin with those powers? Because I find it highly unlikely he's anything besides a Jedi Initiate. How would Mas Amedda be a Padawan or even a Jedi Knight? What rank is he claiming to be? How could Palpatine himself be a lowly padawan and Mas Amedda, a non-force-sensitive politician who became Palpatine's puppet be at least as skilled with the force as Palpatine?

Please do explain, I am very interested in this. Show us your role PM and tell us when your role got updated. Which night of the game was that? He's claiming to have visited the holocron. Which night?

Why is Mas Amedda even in this game?

I think I know, actually. On Wookiepedia, each race of alien has its own entry. For instance, Human and Twi'lek. Each entry lists 'famous' members of that species from Star Wars Canon. Chagrian is no exception... except that the list of famous members is very, very short. In fact, the list consists of only 5 people. Three of them are the Darth Wyyrlok family, which is obviously useless for a cover role. The other two are Saarai, a female (and, ironically Darth Wyyrlok IV as well), and Mas Amedda, a male. So, if Sigurd had decided to use Darth Wyyrlok III as the Sith Master to Darth Nihl (which fits with both their canon relationship AND the write-up kill signatures), Wookiepedia has a grand total of ONE Male Chagrian listed to use as the cover: Mas Amedda.

Yes, I noticed all the Darth Wyyrloks while reading up on the Chagrians.

Like Humans, not all Chagrians appear to be force-sensitive. In fact (I'm no expert) but I believe most species have examples of non-sensitive and sensitive among their kind.

Mas Amedda does not appear to be force-sensitive, ever. But others of his kind are, and they are all (to my knowledge) Sith.
