So have you tried to contact one of the mods? they can surely help you... that's strange, effectively... try to wait... let it the time to load, i mean, just for the sake of the experiance. end the turn and go take a coffee! then after comeback... maybe it's only that it needs more time

1. Don't activate the EB-Script and end turn. Activate in next turn if it works.
2. Post specific details (RTW/BI/ALEX, fixes, submods) and upload a savegame, then I'll give it a try at my system.
