No doubt the new map looks better. Great work, Ibn!

Also, if I may make a suggestion, it might be a good idea to distinguish territory conquered from territory owned with colored, slanted lines- a la EU3.

Since these places were unimportant during WWI. I doubt they will be ever conquered and the map looks a bit better without this huge N-African part.

I already had something similar in my mind.

All of them. Like I have said before you can bring your friends and run the country together. Having about 3 people per nation is near perfect.
I quote TM who expressed my idea very well:

At least that's how I'd organize it

I'd have to see how much work running one country would require. Would it be similar to TYW?

Yes it is similar. Only with much more information.

In TYW there was no economy but in here you have resources that you need to buid up your army or infrastructure. Also, colonial part was missing from the TYW.

Bulgaria will be NPC. However, if you get them(Bulgaria) to join the war on your side then I will think about it.

The available countries for the players are UK, USA, France, Russia, Germany, Austria-Hungary, Turkey and Italy.

Well, Ottomans didn't have any colonies (I guess you could maybe count the Crimea and N Africa, but not anymore), and the economy is already down the drain, so I probably could handle it by myself... if anyone wants to help, though, you're welcome to try.

So Ibn, when are we going to get a gander and the rest of your glorious map?

ok if we are claiming now ill take UK and along with it i will take along cdf as my co controller.

he always chooses them anyway plus i dont want to share with anyone else. i tihnk together we can even handle that nation, we work well together and are active on that sort of thing (see tyw group me and him are like 90% of the posts)

this all assuming he comes back in time.

I'm interested most in playing as Italy, but I could go for any other country if necessary.

If you need some one, I could play as Russia. I will send my Bear Cavalry against the Germans.

Since I'll be working during the Saturdays in May(except this one) then I have to move the starting date to the beginning of June. I don't want to start this game while I don't have enough time for it. I apologize for any inconveniences this might cause to possible players.

Dang, I really wanted to play this soon.

How else would I spend all my time on the Internet when no one else is on?

The starting date is 28th June.
That is the day when 96 years ago Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria, heir to the Austro-Hungarian throne, and his wife were shot dead in Sarajevo, by Gavrilo Princip. I thought that it would be nice to start on a historic day. Sign ups will be open 1-2 weeks before we start.

Unfortunately, I will be unable to play, due to both ABZF and IRL commitments. Had you started earlier, maybe, but

    I feel really bad now

Your banner was exactly what I had in mind, I just wanted it bigger. I would have used your bigger proposal, had GIMP not broke on you, and I just preferred the banner without the text so

Nah it's no big deal, I'm just kidding :P

You did very well making the banner for yourself, and I'm still sorry about that fiasco.

You can always join later. Also, because of this game, VI game and IRL I can't join your game(ABZF).
