    Question Going crazy!!!!!

    Hi all...
I am havin' some difficulties about game. It is a CTD problem. Currently i have 3 campaigns and each is different faction (Sweboz, Makedon, Hellen). And every campaign has CTD problem in Rome's turn. My version is 1.2
    I tried:
    -reinstalled the game
-i switched to rome faction in game using the advisor and cancelled all the moves of Rome (but pretty much)
    -cancelled all buildings and recruiments
-cancelled all own faction moves (including agents)

but still CTD. Please help i love EB but cannot play since the begining:(

    Hello ardorious,

from what you described I'm pretty sure you tried the other advises in the Frequent-Issues thread (including not-activating the script), so I ask you to upload a save-game, so I can give it a try at my own build. Therefore I need informations about your build (using of sub-mods, which exe), how to upload is described here.
It would be a very bad coincidence to get three games bugged in a row.

Could you name the exe on which you are playing? Are any sub-mods installed?

    Exactly.

I gave it a try on my build (1.2+fixes) and fixed some minor rebellions (which were not on Roman settlements, so I doubt they are responsible for your crash), and played some turns. I linked a save one turn later. Give it a try and see if it works at your system.

In this thread are some reasons mentioned why a CTD occurs. If I get a save, I simply check this list from top to bottom, the most problems are handled afterwards. Some problems however can't be solved due to engine hardcores or incompatibility of builds.
If you experience problems, feel free to ask them here!

    Have fun playing EB,

    Concerning teleporting:

move your mouse over the destination, enter in the console "show_cursorstat", you will receive the coordinates
enter "move_character "CHARNAME" XXX,YYY" [both without the outer " ]

The displayed names are often not the internal used names, search for your character in descr_names.txt in EB\data, this step can take longer. If you are not sure if you identified correctly, enter in the console "reset_character "CHARNAME"", this will give the character new movement points.

I'll check your save tonight/tomorrow latest.

    Hello ardorious,

your game crashed in Romes turn, as you said. The only thing that worked was to get all regions held by Rome with FD and gifting them back again. This is the save one turn after yours: http://ul.to/1nz1lx
Possible reason is the Vanilla Marian Reform, but I'm not sure about that...

The Rebels behave also very strangely in your campaign, did you gave them money by script or else?

I had long time ago the same problem, I then killed the Roman faction, problem solved. However, this isn't my choice now. If the problem comes again, you can take control of the Romans via script and checking if everything is alright, sometimes the March of Time-reform causes havoc. This should be fix-able by manually upgrading the Roman cities. Just play along and post here if it crashes again.
