Default The Problem with those Painted Savages

    Hello everyone,

I have a concern regarding the Casse and other Britons in EBII (those of you familiar with my other posts will probably groan at this point and go "Not again with the Celts!"). With the MTWII engine the clone armies go (hooray) and instead we get randomly generated individuals with the engine selecting from a variety of limbs, heads, clothes etc. Now so far from what I have seen of the Getae, Sauromatae and in particular the Boii it looks excellent! However isn't this going to create a few problems with the Britons as they are tattood/painted.

If we assume that Britons painted themselves with insular La Tene art styles isn't the random selection of limbs, torsos and heads going to result in the creation of Casse units who have patterns which don't quite fit together? Or has the team found a way around this?

You can attach body parts together. We have done a good job on this, I think. You'll see reasonably soon (maybe in a month- not much longer).

I think you will have to be re-educated by Moros on how to be a little less clear with the fans.

You are spreading too much information for EB standards.

    ...Or are you?

    Personally I always preferred Mercury....

From what I have heard of the EBII British Isles and Casse it sounds like its gonna be good!

So I'm kinda thinking that "it" could refer to the mod itself

    No, definetly not a mod.

Can't wait for the Casse preview.. IIRC you guys said that the Casse would be the most "revolutionaized" of all the EBI factions...

I just hope they have some units left... Well, as the Boii preview shows, some form of Gaeroas has made it into EB II.
