What are the best Kats?

From what I read in the unit descriptions, it sounds like Baktria's Hetairoi Kataphraktoi are the most elite Kats. Does everyone find that to be true?

I think that's pretty much the general consensus, they are almost indestructible as they have 29 armor and 39 total defense. However, they don't have as good of a secondary as the Late Parthian Catas I believe... Hetairoi Kataphraktoi have a .11 lethality AP kopis, but the Parthians (and the Late Parthian bodyguard) have a .225 lethality longsword. Also, the Parthians get the Elite Late Parthian Cataphracts in a much larger unit size than the bodyguard unit size of Hetairoi Kataphraktoi, and the Baktrian's cataphract variety is limited to only the best cataphracts in the game as a bodyguard (Hetairoi Kataphraktoi) and the worst as a recruitable unit (Hellenic Cataphracts), there's no middle ground for them. As such, I would say that if you are looking for the faction with the best ability to produce ridiculous cataphracts, Pahlava might be a better choice than Baktria.
