RTW:BI roleplaying game: Vandal Invasion

Now that Visimar's two sons are about to become adults soon I planned a small Event.
This will be a sporting event and the two sons will have a chance to get some traits or ancillaries if they win.
Others can join in as well if they want some good RP material for the stories.
There will be following sports: sword fight, wrestling, riding with horse, shooting bow while riding.

Btw, I found a small loophole in the rules. It's not that important though.
Currently, my SOT post forbids moving him and thus he can not be used by the Treasurer as a diplomat. However, in the same time I can't do diplomacy because only Treasurer can make diplomatic deals. So, all diplomatic deals we have to make are at my mercy unless edict that clearly says I have to help the Treasurer passes during the council session.

When Maroboduus turns 16(becomes of age) I will post an Event with the exact rules.
However, it's not very difficult. Basically the winner is chosen with dice rolls.

Sorry, I'm a move behind. I didn't think I'd get the chance to move Oza last night so messaged TheFlax and updated my SoT's to try to get Oza near Aquincum but to no avail.

Not doing a very good spying job if i'm behind the armies!!

OOC I'm somewhat afraid to lose face, because of the randomness of the contest it could go either way. It would even be worse to lose to an NPC.

You shouldn't worry too much. Visimar already have less Influence than his heir so there is not much to lose!

About the Event and sending PM's.

The First challenges are riding and archery.
So, your PM should look something like this:

Round 1
Riding: 2, 3, 5
Archery: 5, 3, 6
Round 2
Riding: 1, 2, 3
Archery: 3, 4, 5

And that's it.
I will then determine who wins and post a small write up.
After that it's time for the second challenges: sword fight and wrestling.
And your PM should look like this:

Sword fight
Round 1: 4, 3, 5
Round 2: 2, 1, 5
Wrestling
Round 1: 6, 3, 4
Round 2: 3, 3, 5

Once I have the PM's I will determine the winners for these challenges and post a write up.
Then, I'll announce the rewards.
It is quite possible that one of the NPC's will win one of these events.

I was looking through the rules again and I noticed this:

Players may not move avatars or armies into the territory of a neutral or allied faction without the permission of an edict.

Does this mean most of us have broken the rules? It does seems a bit combersome for a horde faction though.

I use winrar to zip the files and upload them there using the simple "add entry"

@ The Flax - I agree, does seem a bit "unhordey" that one...perhaps an OOC review of that seeing as we've already pretty much broken that rule! lol.....BTW - have PM'd you Oza's latest report, some interesting things...

@TheFlax - The rules were mostly copied from the rules of previous games. However, previous games always had starting settlements and thus I must have missed this when we decided to use Vandals as our faction.
So, the official ruling is:

Currently we don't have to follow this part("Players may not move avatars or armies into the territory of a neutral or allied faction without the permission of an edict.") of the Rules. However, during the next Council Session Rule Change that removes/rewrites this sentence must be proposed.

Since the save haven't picked up by anyone other than Ibn when I came back a few hours ago and considering that we are already pretty spread out, I'm extending this turn until I come back. When I come back Sunday evening (EST), I will play the turn regardless of who have moved their characters, so please take this opportunity to move your characters. Thank you.
