    Default Install, CD key problem

    Hi all,
I'm trying to install Total War: medieval 2 gold. When I try to install it, the software will let me as far as to the screen where I have to put in my cd key. After I put in the CD key the button Next is not highlited and I can't click it although I put in the cd key exactly as written on my game box. Does anyone ever seen this problem? Or am I just missing something? Please help. I'm using win 7 64 bit.
    Thanks all

Weird problem raist. I have never come across this, or even heard of this happening. Maybe try this thread?

This is normal if the CD-key is incorrect. You probably mistook an S for 5 or something, I do it all the time

If you put even an incorrect CD key of the right length, the box will highlight allowing you to click onwards (And then tell you it's not valid). Are you including dashes?
