Treasurer Reports

This thread is for the Treasurer to make reports each turn , Players to make brief reports on actions they have taken in the game, and for both to post the save when they finish.

The Treasurer excepted, Players should only use the thread to announce when they've taken the save, to upload it, and for the aforementioned brief reports on what they've done while they had the save.

Edit - can't get the save to work. Firstly, its not zipped (or so seems), file seems ok but when game starts up I get thrown out to desktop.

Can't take it again tonight, won't be online so can take it tomorrow again if the problem is solved.

I had no problems with the save.
But I do like to point out that it's necessary to compress the save file(make a .rar or .zip file) and then upload it.
Uncompressed files have higher chance becoming corrupted.
